Why is Wisconsin Athletics switching to digital ticketing?
Digital ticket delivery offers fans the opportunity for easier, more convenient, and contactless entry to Wisconsin Athletic events.
How do I download the Badgers app?
On your smart phone, please visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store to download the free Badgers app. You can also search using key words "Wisconsin Badgers."
If you have previously downloaded the Wisconsin Badgers Gameday app, you will receive an automatic update to your app or you will need to manually update your app to access the new features.
How do I access my tickets?
For mobile tickets, use your smart phone web browser to visit go.wisc.edu/uwbadgersticketlogin or log in to your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account on the Badgers App. Tickets can also be accessed via the link in the email sent from the Athletic Ticket Office. For print-at-home tickets, log in to your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account on your desktop browser at go.wisc.edu/uwbadgersticketlogin. Learn more about Print-At-Home Ticket Delivery.
All tickets for upcoming events will be listed under 'My Tickets'.
I do not know my account information, what do I do?
If you have previously accessed your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account online and cannot recall your password, use the ‘Forgot Password’ option. This feature is available when accessing your account from your computer, smart phone web browsers, and when using the Badgers app.
If you are a current season ticket holder or donor to Wisconsin Athletics and have not previously activated your account, please click 'Activate Your Account' to create a password from your computer browser or smart phone web browser. Please note, you cannot activate your current season ticket/donor account through the Badgers app. You will need your patron number and account PIN to activate your account. Once a password is created, you can order your season tickets, make a contribution, and purchase single-game tickets on your account. If you do not know your patron number or PIN, please contact the Athletic Ticket Office at 608-262-1440 or the Athletic Development Office at 608-262-1000.
What email address will my digital tickets be sent to?
The email with your digital ticket(s) will be delivered to your primary email address on file with the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office.
To confirm or edit the primary email address on file with the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office, please log onto your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account on UWBadgers.com.
Requests for ticket delivery to an alternate or secondary email address will not be accepted.
To avoid the email with your tickets going to your junk mail or spam filter of your email, please add the email address tickets@athletics.wisc.edu and tickets@uwbadgers.com to your email’s address book or approved list of senders.
You may receive multiple emails with ticket links.
How will I receive my mobile season tickets?
You can access your mobile season ticket in three ways:
To avoid the email with your tickets being filtered as spam or going to your junk mail, please add the email address tickets@athletics.wisc.edu and tickets@uwbadgers.com to your email’s address book or approved list of senders.
Please note, to download your mobile tickets, you will need to view your email and ticket account on your smart phone.

What do I need to use mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets can only be used on a smart phone, an iPhone or Android device. If you have an iPhone, you will use the Apple Wallet app to access your downloaded tickets. If you have a smartphone running an Android operating system, you will use the Google Pay app.
Can mobile tickets be downloaded onto a desktop computer and printed?
No, a mobile ticket cannot be printed. A mobile ticket printed on paper will not be accepted at any Wisconsin Athletics events.
Mobile tickets are specifically designed for smart phones. Tickets will be sent either by text message or email directly to you as a link that you can download to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.
I opened the email containing the links to my mobile tickets on my computer. What do I do?
You can still log in to your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account from your smart phone browser at go.wisc.edu/uwbadgersticketlogin, by using the Badgers app, or by opening your email on your iPhone or Android smart phone to download your tickets to your smart phone.
What if I do not have cell or Wi-Fi service at the event?
Please download your tickets to the Apple Wallet or Google Pay app on your smart phone prior to arriving at the venue. If you have previously downloaded your mobile tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app, you will not need cell or Wi-Fi service to view your mobile ticket(s).
Can I have multiple tickets on the same smartphone?
Yes, you can swipe through your available tickets in your smartphone’s Apple Wallet or Google Pay app at the gate if the entire party is present.
For easier entry, it is recommended to transfer the individual tickets to everyone in your party before arrival at the event. Learn more about ticket transfers.
What if my guest and I arrive at the venue at different times?
If guests are not arriving at the same time, tickets will need to be transferred to the other individuals. Learn more about ticket transfers.
We recommend transferring your tickets to your guest for their download prior to arriving at the venue to avoid any connectivity issues.
Can I take a screenshot of my mobile ticket and text it to a friend so they can use the ticket?
No, screenshots of tickets or pictures of a barcode will not be valid for entry. If you want to share your tickets, learn more about ticket transfers here.
I deleted the ticket delivery email before downloading the ticket(s) to my mobile wallet. How can I access my tickets?
From your smart phone, log in to your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account via your web browser, go.wisc.edu/uwbadgersticketlogin, or the Badgers app. Once logged in, navigate to 'My Tickets', and choose the event you will be attending and add the tickets to your smartphone's Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. Click here for more information.
How do I use my mobile wallet to enter the venue?
Prior to arriving at the event, save your ticket to your smartphone's mobile wallet, Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. It is recommended to download your ticket(s) as soon as they are delivered from the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office.
At the event, open your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app and tap on the ticket you need so it displays on your smartphone screen. Hold your barcode up to the scanner so the barcode is visible. When a ticket has successfully scanned, a green arrow will appear on the mobile pedestal scanner, or staff will welcome you forward. If you have multiple tickets in your wallet, you will complete the same steps for those other tickets in your party.
Can I post my mobile tickets for sale on StubHub?
Yes, your mobile tickets can be posted to StubHub directly from the Badgers app or from your online account. Learn more here.
How will I receive my print-at-home season tickets?
Print-at-home tickets will be delivered as an email. The email(s) with the ticket(s) will be delivered to the primary email address on file with the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office.

How do I print my print-at-home tickets?
To access your PDF tickets, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher. Go to www.adobe.com to download your free version of this software if you do not already have it.
The computer you are accessing your tickets on will need to be connected to a printer.
You need to print tickets on standard 8 ½ by 11” white paper, with only one print-at-home ticket per page.
Make sure there is ink in your printer as faded tickets may not scan.
Make sure the print-at-home ticket is displaying to the full size of the page.

What if I forget my print-at-home tickets at home?
If you arrive at an event without your tickets, you can access your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account on the Badgers app or by logging into your account from your smartphone browser. From the app and from your mobile browser you can access your tickets and download them to your smartphone as a mobile ticket. What if my guest and I arrive at the venue at different times?
If all attendees are not arriving at the same time and some do not have access to print-at-home tickets, tickets will need to be transferred to the other individuals. Learn more about ticket transfers.
Transferred tickets will only be delivered as mobile tickets. Transferred tickets will not be delivered as print-at-home tickets. If the recipient wants a print-at-home ticket, you will need to provide the printed PDF to your guest.
We recommend transferring your tickets to your guest for their download prior to arriving at the venue to avoid any delays at the event.
Can I post my print-at-home tickets for sale on StubHub?
Yes, more can post your print-at-home tickets on StubHub the same way you would post your physical tickets in season past. More information can be found here.

The transfer steps for both digital delivery methods are the same. For both original digital delivery methods, the recipient will always receive the ticket as a mobile ticket.
Can I transfer tickets to someone who does not have a Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account?
Yes, you can transfer a ticket to someone without a Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account. When the recipient receives the transfer text or email, they will be prompted to create an account. They must create an account to complete and accept the ticket transfer. It is free to create an account and accept transferred tickets.
If the recipient has an existing account, is an Athletics Donor or has previously purchased tickets, it is recommended that they log in to that account and not create a new account.
How do I transfer a ticket to someone with an existing Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account?
If you choose to send the transfer as an email notification, the transfer should be sent to the email address associated with their ticket account. If the transfer notification is sent as a text message, the individual will need to log in to their current Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account to add the ticket.
If the recipient has an existing account, is an Athletics Donor or has previously purchased tickets, it is recommended they log in to the that account and not create a new account.
Can I cancel a ticket transfer?
Yes, if the transfer has not yet been accepted by the recipient. You can view the transfer status and cancel the transfer when logged in to your account.
I accepted a ticket transfer on my computer, how do I access my ticket?
All transferred tickets will be delivered as mobile tickets regardless of the original delivery method. If you accepted a transfer from your computer, simply access your Wisconsin Athletics Ticket account on your smartphone's web browser, go.wisc.edu/uwbadgersticketlogin, or by logging into your account on the Badgers app. Once logged in, the transferred ticket will be listed under 'My Tickets', and you can download it to your smartphone's Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. Learn more about mobile tickets here.
Mobile tickets must be displayed on your smartphone to be scanned for entry. Mobile tickets will not be accepted if printed.
Can a ticket be transferred more than once?
Yes, a ticket can be transferred more than once. You can find the steps for transferring a ticket from your online account here.
When I transfer a ticket, will it still show up in my account?
No, when you have successfully transferred a ticket, the ticket will be in the recipient’s account.
